I'm back to Siemens near Glasgow Delaware again for a pickup of pharma stuff to Siemens in Plainfield Indiana.
This used to be a typical load back west before, it's fun to be back for a change for sure, the customer is great and loading usually is pretty quick, but not this time. I was there for around 4 hours before I could head out.
I made it just east of Columbus at the big rest area just past midnight.
I woke up a little too early this morning so I had to fiddle around for roughly an hour before I could drive. I guess I could have used a 7+3 again but I didn't.
Being back in Indiana is no fun, I was going to be here at 14:30, but as soon as I stepped into this awful state I ran into standstill traffic and later with i70 closed so a detour around this broken city was needed. I'm finally at the customer, but an hour later thanks to you know who.
The guys here are always nice and friendly, I checked in but they're having lunch so I was told to wait 20 minutes then back into a door.
