Then I was headed 15 miles south of my previous destination to Americold to pick up a Walmart load going to New Albany in Mississippi.
I was there on time, about an hour before my appointment, and got myself checked in. Was immediately assigned to a door and the waiting started. About 4 hours later I was ready to go.
First I needed to scale, but looking at the bills I wasn't worried at all, just about 20,000lbs. I headed into I55 south and into a Thornton which had a cat scale. Everything was cool and I could carry on with my trip.
It's roughly 600 miles and my 14 is about to expire so I eventually decided to pull into a rest area and take my night there. My delivery is tomorrow at 20:00 and I've got about 6.5 hours more to drive. No stress at all on this trip.
