I had a two-stop delivery on this trip, the first was Costco in Monrow Township in NJ and the other was Restaurant Depot in Neptune. When I finally got unloaded in Neptune I had more stuff left on the truck. Somehow Costco hadn't unloaded all of it so I went back to Monroe to figure out what's going on.
When I got there I was told they had refused it, but how could I tell. Nobody told me, they didn't even write it down on the bills. Anyway, it turned into OS&D, but my dispatcher wanted me to just head back to Carlisle and drop the trailer and leave it for someone else to deliver it to a food bank.
At my destination in Carlisle, the plan was to bobtail to US Cold storage in Hazleton, but I figured I call them first to check on the load. That was a really good idea because it wasn't loaded due to a lack of trailers!
I grabbed a trailer and headed up there and they started loading immediately, about an hour later I was done, headed up to I80. Found a rest area and called it a night.
