Lineage logistics is not a new customer, but Conklin NY is definitely a new place in the middle of nowhere. More exactly a couple of hours north on I81 from Hazleton PA.
I wasn't much in a rush today either, but I did move from the Plymouth mall to Walmart in KoP to replenish my fridge. I did hang around there for a few hours, cleaning my truck, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning the surfaces. I also grabbed my lunch while I was here. Around 1 pm it was time to start on my two-hour ride up to the cold storage in Hazleton to get my next load.
While I was up there I also asked about my next load for Walmart going to Wintersville. Just making sure it's preloaded and ready to go when I come back Friday morning. At least I hope it'll be somewhat morning when I return else the good vibes of a weekend will be jeopardized.
As of writing this I have just recently arrived and was told they don't start receiving before 3 am. I could go to a nearby truck stop, but it's gonna be so early to get so I parked at the gravel lot across from their place. It was muddy and nasty here, but I went slow and the truck is still pretty clean. Will need to wash over it this weekend.
