Been looking for a house to buy the last couple of months found a couple but didn't move fast enough to get any. I'm already approved so everything should be ready. At least I'm learning the market and what to look for.
One was here in Dayton oh, Grafton Hill in fact. A historic, nice and quiet neighborhood near downtown and the art museum where they host the annual beer festival. Would be perfect right?
The second was a 3900+ sqft mansion in Urbana, oh well! It was almost like a dream, but there will be more. Drove around the city yesterday looking for abandoned and vacant houses. It's quite a few around once you start looking.
