I showed up to Qpsi just over 9, got loaded and ready to go by 11. The trailer was dropped in Tobyhanna a few hours later, to no surprise they had no empties up there.
I contacted dispatch who routed me down to Abbott in Bethlehem PA for one. They yard jockey wouldn't let me have the only empty they had at first, but I got it eventually.
Headed straight from there over to my next load. A new customer for me called Gregory Packaging out in Newark NJ. It's not a problem getting there, but it's a tight place for sure. Since I was an hour late I'll be work-in. So now I'm parked on the street waiting for that phone call while my hours slowly runs out.
