It started with rain and ended with chains. This load with soda from Sacramento to Spokane Valley suddenly turned into a real winter story.
Earlier on that evening when I was rolling out of Sacramento fully loaded with soda, it got dark and the rain was pouring down. I was getting tired and it was hard to see, I was also running out on my clock, with just around two hours left I decided to pull over and call it a night at the Pilot in Weed CA.
I was pretty sure the place was gonna be packed, but lo and behold, there were a few spots left and all I need is one. Finally parked and settled down I was ready for movies and dinner and enjoyed my night there. Little did I know of what was waiting next day...
