Feels like summer is coming, but not really. It's still early April, but weather out here is amazing today.

 Arrived to the customer around 14:30, still waiting as I type this, but there's no stress.

A friend is visiting

This was a fun weekend and the week is too. My old friend from Norway is visiting me and he is joining me over the road for a few days. He arrived in Dayton on Saturday, unfortunately, the great weather we had last week is gone, but visiting the Air Force Museum in Dayton never goes wrong.

Double turkey

I did an extra trip with turkey meat to the dog food factory in Quakertown this week, I got back to Ohio relatively early so I figured I'd ask for this and also add an extra day on my paycheck. Else I would end up doing some local stuff in Ohio or Indiana. Ugh, I hate Indiana!!

I'm gonna try go back to updating this blog again. I'm still doing my Quakertown loads on Tuesdays, which is great. Winter is here and was a tough start of the day yesterday with lots of slow moving vehicles, but thank God for a left lane.

Shortest trip in a long time. Was supposed to be preloaded, but they had no trailers so it turned into a live load. This was not good cause  what would normally be a perfect time of arrival turned into late arrival which means work in.

I arrived 2 hours ahead of my appointment on this load and was greeted by a very friendly security girl down at Dreyer's Great Ice Cream.

Left Ohio like any other Monday yesterday, what's raining a lot and it's raining today as well from what I'm hearing. Here in New York the weather is great, warm and feels like summer.

I was asked to work the weekend this time and I accepted. It was another produce load from Springfield Ohio to Hunts Point Market in the Bronx. I made it to the Delaware Water Gap on Saturday where I shut down. Drove the next 80 miles Sunday morning, starting 4 a.m.
