I found this nice service called Twitterfeed that makes it possible for you to post your RSS feeds into your Facebook pages and groups. A nice way to get a little more traffic and backlinks.

When you signup you can add your feed(s) and choose where to post it. Each feed can be posted to several social groups similarly. Groups like Facebook, Twitter, Laconica, Hellotxt and Ping.fm.
