Off road

gt2.jpgI got stuck in the mud this week when trying to make a large curve to avoid the roadsign. This is what happend when a heavy truck (still empty) gets of the road. I blocked three files in Bergen for about an hour and large queues were growing in both directions. Finaly the the crane truck and the police came and helped me.

multi-tabs.pngThe CSS tab designer is a great tool I found a few days back when I was surfing the web randomly using Stumbleupon’s tool for Firefox.

You can download this application from their website, install it then start creating great horizontal and vertical menus, then generate the html and css code. A wonderfull menu in just a few minutes.

iPod saves life ?

bullet-on-ipod3.jpgWell not exactly, but it did slow down the bullet enough so it didnt penetrate his body armor. Kevin Garrad from (3rd Infantry Division) was on a street patrol in Iraq and as he rounded the corner of a building an armed insurgent came from the other side. They were just a few feet from each other when they started open fire. The insurgent were killed and Kevin was shot in the chest. He didnt even know he was hit until later when he wanted to listen to music while cleaning his weapon. (more…)

Fluid Hosting

The site is now been transfered and the domain have resolved. This went pretty fast. It took less than 24 hours since I clicked the “order” button until the site and databases was transfered and the domain had resolved to the new nameservers. For now this webhost provide really great service.

Fluidhosting.com is the new webhost. After a little research and comments about this webhost I have decided to move Librarium-Online over there. The file and database is currently on their way over and I hope this new webhost can help us stay online more than what the previous one did. :)
